In the heart of Kołobrzeg, where the legendary Syrena bar operated for 30 years, a new place has been created – with respect for the past and a taste of the future.
We cook just like in the old days. We hand-make pierogi in front of our guests, serve golden pork cutlets, cucumber soup just like grandma's, and compote smelling like summer holidays.
